They use only their own manure and they are not allowed to buy fertilizers, which could be leached too fast. One opinion against Phosphorous deficiency is to use so called Hypophosphate as straw. It also helps against flies and mosquitoes. If the pH is not the best, it will get better. The other opinion is to bring manure to a biogas station. They use manure and store it for you. After that process the quality should be much better. There are for example 6 kg N per m³.
