Sheep cheese (Feta)
Feta is the most famous traditional Greek cheese. It is manufactured from pure sheep’s milk with up to 30% of goat's. It has a salty, slightly and acid taste and natural white colour. Feta is manufactured mainly in mountainous and semi- mountainous regions of Greece where the use of any harmful substances (fertilisers, pesticides etc.) is very scarce.
