Before you get milk out of your cows you have to feed them. But you have to do it right to get most of the milk out of the cow. If you don’t feed the cows well, you’ll have problems with them. The biggest problems are claw problems, pregnancy problems and start-up problems. Then you’re getting a higher veterinarian cost.

By feeding the cows better than normal you can get more profit out of your farm. Some farmers do that. They know exactly how much they put inside and what is come out of the cows. Then they earn more money with the cows. What they do is that they try to get a better ration efficiency you can have more milk with a lower cost price. Then you also have less nitrogen in the manure. Because when a cow ruminates she can better use his protein. And than you have some less nitrogen in the manure.se  This is really good because then you can put more manure on your field.
