Rent out horsestables

If your farm is close enough to a city or a big village you could build horsestables and rent them out to people who like horses but do not have space to keep a horse at home.

It is possible in different ways, the people can do the work themselves or you can do all the work (like feeding and taking out manure) for them and ask more money for the stable.

Chances

This is seen in both countries and it is quit an easy way to create more income. The tools, machines, food and strow are already on most farms, you only have to build the stables.

Disadvantage is that you have a lot of people on the farm. In Holland there is a strong limit on manure using, so there you need to have enough fields to put the extra manure on.
