Products and outcomes

1. Knowledge monitor and derived specific learning assignments. Knowledge monitor is a grid where various specific knowledge demands of enterprises can be easily identified and administrated. The monitor will be developed in the partnership and later used to interview entrepreneurs to identify specific problems. These problems will be the basis for the learning assignments of the students.

2. An internet based tool, called the Virtual Headquarters, is to be used as a base for communication, provision of data, dissemination of products and results and enables international links between students, businesses, schools, and teachers. There will also be a link with an Electronic Learning environment (probably Blackboard) to be used by the students in various learning situations.

3. Web site for publication of research results of the students. It will be an interactive web page for entrepreneurs and agro businesses as well as for the students who provide the results. It will be placed in the Virtual Project Head quarters.

4. Learning Packages, a kind of back pack of information and guide for the students participating in international Problem Based Learning.

5. Script describing the way of working in international problem based learning (PBL) for use after project period and for third parties.

6. A network of international educators and accrediting bodies forming a basis for enduring development of international PBL and even beyond that.
